The Supreme Court's recent decision regarding Guantanomo detainees (the Hamdan case) is outrageous for three reasons:
1. The Court concocted its own version of the Geneva Conventions, elevating terrorists to the status of POWs.
2. The Court was never supposed to be involved in Hamdan's case. Congress expressly prohibited it.
3. The Court refused to recognize the Constitution's limits on its power, and neither Congress nor President Bush did anything about it.
