Supremacist judges on lower federal courts are increasingly aggressive in handing down decisions against parents' rights and religion and in favor of feminists and gays. And since the Supreme Court has cut its caseload by half since 1980, these absurd decisions are final. We must monitor nominations to the lower federal courts just as closely as Supreme Court nominations, warns Phyllis Schlafly.
